Important Conditions

Approval is not guaranteed.

Rent to Own is subject to eligibility, stock availability, vehicle suitability, payment history, documents and final store approval.

Ownership is not automatic.

The e-bike remains NOVELO property until every scheduled payment and outstanding amount is cleared, vehicle condition is confirmed and final transfer is approved.

Initial payment treatment.

The initial payment is not a normal refundable bond. It forms part of the total ownership payment if the approved plan is completed.

Existing rental customers can apply.

Previous rental payments are not automatically counted unless NOVELO separately approves that treatment.

Missed payments may cancel the plan.

Overdue payments, unresolved balances or agreement breaches may cancel the Rent to Own plan.

Customer responsibility.

Customers are responsible for damage, loss, misuse, unauthorised modification, missing accessories and outstanding amounts.
